Please read this to prepare for Class

Equipment is available to all new students however, over time, you should begin to purchase your own.


Clothing should be comfortable and allow movement.  Shorts or leggings, T-shirt and a sweater are suggested.  No shoes or socks.


Eat at least 3-4 hours before class, consider not having breakfast if a morning class.  A cup of tea/coffee/herbal is no problem.  2 hours after a light meal.


If any of the following conditions apply to you then please let me know:  Heart disease or any heart problem, epilepsy, cancer or benign tumours, diabetes, meniere's disease, detached retina, HIV, AIDS, multiple sclerosis, any recent operation.  Anything else that you think may affect you practicing yoga.  If you are pregnant then please let me know.


Covid - 19 Regulations will be followed during my classes.  Details will be emailed to you in a welcome letter after booking in for class.
